Seminars and Workshops

Cost:  $22 per class or $80 per 4 week session, INCLUDES programming for 2 additional workouts to do as “homework” to do between classes


Time:  6:00-7:15 pm Thursday evenings 


Where:  Top Tier Crossfit Gym, 6650 Dobbin Road (Park in the back of the building)

Strength2Endure is a 

is a strength training class for ALL TYPES of endurance athletes:  runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes and more.  We'll focus on joint stability, mobility, AND muscle strength.


  • Matt Ludington (functional movement coach, CrossFit coach, swimmer, college baseball player)

  • Michele Tuttle (triathlete/swimmer/yoga enthusiast) in a group setting. 

Sprint Distance Training Plans

Sprint Beginner Level:   2-4 hours per week

  • If you just want to FINISH the race


Sprint Intermediate Level: 3-5 hours per week

  • ​If you want to finish faster than other years and finish well in your age group


Sprint Advanced Level:  4-6 hours per week

  • If you are attempting to finish high in your age group or beyond

Olympic Distance Training Plans

Olympic Beginner to Intermediate Level:  6-8 hours per week


Olympic Intermediate to Advanced Level:  8-12 hours per week

Swim Training Plans  $49

Sprint Distance Open Water Swim Plan (750m or .6 miles)


Olympic Distance Open Water Swim Plan (1500m or 1 mile)


Half Iron Distance Open Water Swim Plan (1.2 miles)


Iron Distance Open Water Swim (2.4 miles)
